Sales Team The sales department is headed by our Managing Director Frank Hellier member of the REIV and the REIA. Frank has been working with the company for more than 30 years each and has a wealth of knowledge in regard to Real Estate investment in the Bayside area. The Residential Sales section comprises a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to the Real Estate Industry, with a comprehensive knowledge of the Bayside area, in which they live and work. As Malcolms has resisted the temptation to become part of a multi-office franchise organisation, our sales people are not hampered by the restriction of working within boundaries nor worrying about disputes over listing and selling territories. We can offer you a choice of three Company Auctioneers, all highly regarded, highly sought after and totally committed to extracting the very last dollar from prospective purchasers. You are in very good and experienced hands with any of these auctioneers, and it is also worth noting that here at Malcolms, we DO NOT charge an auctioneers fee. Our aim is to provide our clients with selling and buying services specifically tailored to our clients individual needs. Commercial Sales & Commercial Property Management Team The company also specialises in Commercial Sales and Commercial Property Management. The Commercial section is one of the most active commercial—industrial Real Estate teams in the Bayside area, handling both Commercial Sales and Commercial Property Management.

Administration Team Unlike other business networks, predominately franchise operations, Malcolms works as a total team. Across 4 offices and some 25 staff, we are not restricted by territorial boundaries and hence any property that is listed receives total effort from the entire company. We have a dedicated team that is creative and entirely focused on achieving the maximum result for our clients.

Property Management Team The Property Management division is headed by Frank Hellier. Our 4 office network and has extensive experience in Property Management in the Bayside area and have over 40 years experience in Real Estate which fosters sound business philosophies and maintains a strong client focus. Emphasis is placed on tenant selection, maintenance and ongoing management of properties. Regular periodic inspection reports are submitted to landlords to ensure maximization of their investment. With regular periodic inspections carried out and an emphasis on tenant selection, our rent roll is ever-increasing and without doubt, one of the largest in Bayside.
